At exactly what time is it predicted that the world will end?
Because the ancient Mayans predicted that as a prophecy- but it is likely it will not happen because scientists have calculated nothing will happen to the planet until it is engulfed by the sun a few billion years from now. The ancient Mayans possibly only predicted that 2012 was the beginning of a new era and not exactly the end of the world. For some reason, people just mistakenly think that they thought the world…
The world is not going to end in 2012! I don't need to explain. they have predicted the end of the world like 30 times, and i would not be typing rihgt now if it did end in like 1986. They predicted the world was going to end in the year 30! That was the first prediciton. then 60, and then in 1700s, and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!!
No it is not the end of the world. I would first like to say that Harold Camping is a 94 year old man who has had surgery and he has predicted the end of the world many times before and we are still here. He also based it on the bible. He said that he decoded the bible and predicted this day. But, the bible states that "No man can predict the End of…
No, since the maya's never predicted that the world would end, their calender ended in 2012, wich is their end of their calender and NOT the world, and some guy tought the world would end since their calander ended in 2012, but it was just a guy, but the mayas never ever predicted it that it would end.
The mayans never predicted the end of the world. December 21, 2012 is simply the end of their calander. They predicted all the eclipses and all the equinoxes without error and they were an ancient civilization. Publicity and assumptions are responsible for the "end of the world" rumor. Nobody really knows if it will happen. But my guess is, not.
If Nostradamus predicted the world will end in a few years is it not a coincidence that NASA have predicted Solar-storms for the same time period?
I'm not a big believer in coincidences. It is probably not a coincidence, but a matter of great minds knowing that in the year 2012 the Earth will 'wobble' on it's axis like it does every 26,000 years. The Mayans knew the same thing. I'm not sure exactly what it means when the Earth wobbles but most of us here in the world are going to find out come December 21, 2012. Hang on!
Years ago, scientist predicted the world was going to end on a particular day, then it got to that day everyone got prepared for it, and yet were dtill here today. Scientist also predicted the world was going to end in 2012, but because of what happened years ago, noone really believes it, so in my oppinion it will not end in 2025.
No, it's not likely; there is no evidence that the world will end by that, or any other, specific date. You may hear all kinds of predictions, offering all kinds of years (some people believed the world would end in 1999, as you may recall) -- but this is nothing new. In fact, for centuries, people have tried to say when the world would end, and they've been wrong every time. Even the Bible is…
