I'm 13 and i really want my hardship licence. my sister and i play soccer for a league about 30 min from our house and both my parents work very late and have to rush to get us there and they get so stressed about it and i wanna be able to help but i can because i don't have a hardship licence. I have my car just not a lisence. Is there any way i can get a hardship lisence?
