Male rabbits can be fertile for sure around 6 months of age. BUT if you have more than one rabbit and do not want to breed (there thousands of unwanted rabbits in rescue centres) then it is advisable to separate them from 9 weeks onwards. Reputable breeders will sell kittens (the correct name for baby rabbits) from 9 weeks onwards and NOT BEFORE. This is because they need their mother's milk and her soft droppings to help with bone density and antibodies.
