It honestly doesn't matter. I would say that maybe the best time to start is 13, but smaller kids can help around the kitchen under parental supervision.
I started cooking on my own when I was 8 or 9, maybe younger. Kids love to help Mom or Big Sister, and can be started with supervision as early as two or three (for helping add premeasured ingredients or stirring).
NO, you do not have to be a great cook to go. But a general knowledge of cooking is needed. You do need to be someone who is willing to learn, can take orders and work hard in general. There are sometimes stressful & chaotic situations. Having a thick skin helps too. Culinary school is no place for someone who cannot take it when told they have done wrong. There is no hand holding. I compare it to the military. As for how old it depends on the school.
There are no average ages for starting cooking, however the older they are (hopefully) the more mature they are handling things, bury in mind in some less economically developed countries, kids at the age of 6 know how to cook properly already.
Anyone can start cooking if they are tall enough to help with meals. If their shoulders are above the height of the countertop, then they can easily help, especially with a stepping stool. They need to be watched over closely, though.
Any age if a adult is in the kitchen. 10 if there is someone in the house but not in the kitchen and 12 to start cooking alone.
i think you should start cooking when your parents think its safe enough for you.

A grill is used in the kitchen to help prepare and cook food. You can cook different meats in the grill and it is said to be more healthy cooking this way because the fat is collected in the tray and not in the food.
yes just cook them slower and longer
why would you cook pizza in the grill? if your going to do that then you should cook it by the instructions, close the lid and check it often. doing it that way will probably burn the bottom though.
I recommend you buy a full size grill. A small size grill cannot cook a lot of produce at the same time and does not cook as good as full sized. Full size is especially good if you cook for a large family or for a lot of friends.
