Pet dogs do not need to be fed as much as humans, as they are sedentary most of the time; even their wolf ancestors didn't need to eat all the time (of course, work dogs are a different story). Dogs that are "members of the family" consider themselves to be "members of the pack", so to speak, so they prefer to eat with the other pack members (this has the added benefit of reducing begging for table scraps!). Unless your pet dog is under a veterinarian's care and/or otherwise has special needs, the best time of day to feed a dog is at dinner, when the rest of the "pack" typically eats together. Some dogs, instinctively, won't eat unless another "pack" member is present.
I'm no professional, but considering it's age and the breed, it should be fed 3 times a day
For a large dog, it's recommended to feed them twice a day, while a small dog should be fed once daily.
It highly depends on the breed of dog but most dogs should be fed twice a day, and puppies should be fed three times
One time a day in the evening with two full but not overloaded scoops.
no
no you should feed your dog at least 3 times a day and a puppy should be fed five or so or have the bowl down continuously
Border collie puppies should be fed twice a day. Feed at the same time each day. Follow directions on bag for feeding adult border collies. If the dog is more active, a little more food may be needed.
He or she should be fed twice a day. About a cup or less. Talk to your vet about this one.
Twice a day.
An adult dog should be fed at least once a day to stay healthy.
Yes but feed them quite a bit in that one serving.
Yes and no. A horse should have a routine, but it can actually be detrimental to the horse to be fed at the exact same time every day. You can safely vary the feeding time by one hour early or late with no ill effects.
