You can assume that there is no connectivity from the PC to the network and that the PC is on it's own private network.
If you send or receive email on a company computer then it is only wise to assume that the network administrator can read any of them, whether "to", "cc", "bcc" or "from" you.
Telephones were only invented in the 1870's. There wasn't much service ANYWHERE in the 1890's. Only some large cities had telephone service. The adoption of telephone service to rural areas (I assume you are speaking of the US) did not happed until the 1930's.

I assume you mean an unpublished telephone number. Why should you? Perhaps the owner of the unpublished number wants to keep it private. Why would you need to figure out the owner? Anyway, you might call and ask. As part of a criminal investigation, you might get a court order (the telephone company would probably have the information about the owner, but does not include it in the telephone directory, per request of the owner.
Minors cannot legally contract for a debt. Only their parents/guardians can assume that responsibility. So, your parents ARE responsible. On the other hand, if you are legally an adult and contract for debt - and your parents 'assume' responsibility for it -there would have to be legally binding paperwork naming them as the debtors in lieu. Simply giving their word is not sufficient, and you would remain responsible.
