Ya Windstars can carry the towing package look under the hood you will find two radiators/fans for heavy duty towing and take a look under the windstar you may find heavy duty suspension and of course a trailer hitch. The towing package can also have a upgraded tranny.

Towing package includes the rear load levelers, heavy duty alternator, heavy duty radiator/automatic transmission cooler, heavy duty turn signal flasher, and an engine oil cooler. I think the heavy duty automatic transmission cooler in located inside the heavy duty radiaotr, check with your GM parts dealer to see if this is the case. -Tony
