You can become a GT Racer by practicing and participating in lower level races. Once you have gained popularity and skill, you can then upgrade to GT Racing.
Speed Racer is gosh-awful nonsense. It does not exist nor does it have any counterpart in professional auto racing. Anything like the Racer-X idea would not be permitted in professional auto racing. Likewise the gimmicks on the Mark-V or Mach -V automobile. Speed Racer was originally a Japanese Cartoon oddly popular while slot racing was still a popular hobby-sport.

Speed Racer ( it is not one word, you have got the grammar correct) was/is a television cartoon allegedly about Auto Racing. Dividing line between good and evil is somewhat nebulous, and the character Racer X is actually the estranged ( reasons never quite giv en, but this is a cartoon) Brother of the lead character Speed Racer. in my opinion moronic running about the tracks much action, little Grey stuff ( food for thought) Shut Down! or the equivalent in Japanese- where cartoon originated.
Accelgor is based on either a Ninja, an Auto Racer, a Bagworm Pupae, or a Giant Tune Worm, as it states on Bulbapedia.
