i am 13 and i am 4.9' way 120 pounds. so i wanted a way to get skinny by grade 9 so i don't get teased and get some girls xD.so right now i am on a diet. all my friends say i shouldn't worry about this cause im still young but i need to make a change,fast. so i am staying under 1000 calories and im a jogging everday for an hour. if any of you do this you will be skinny in about 3 months depending on your weight. i know 1000 is a little low but 3400 calories is 1 pound. and i don't need anymore pounds. and finally get into a summer sport, like football. that's what im doing. 5 practices a week for 2 hours and 1 game wich is 2 hours also. but if you follow through with this maintain your weight cause you want to stay like that.Trust me.
