Here is a website that lets you put in the specifications of the bearign that you need and it will show you which to buy. from what I can tell, you will need one exactly like what you took out with the exact measurments. http://www.thefind.com/sports/browse-42mm-metric-ball-bearings

How do you calculate the blank size in sheet metal?

The blank size of sheet metal can be calculated using the bend allowance. This number is based on the metal thickness and the tool radius in the brake.

Why supercritical boiler are drumless boilers?

Answer to this question is very simple as the meaning of pressure is force on unit area, so more units of area or simply more area of a vessel containing a pressurized fluid in it exerting force on its walls, means, this vessel is more likely to burst than a vessel which has less diameter thus having less surface area for pressure to create damaging affect for a particular wall thickness. i don't think so Friends Cause .drum wall thickness is also sufficient or more as in comparison to the water walls .thickness main reason behind that in sub-critical boiler we have water and steam mix..inside the drum and we r separating vapour from water in that so for separation we using the boiler drum ..but in super-critical unit ..at critical pressure water is directly converted in to steam so there is no need to using of boiler drum to separate the mixture .and not need to recirculate the water into the wall circuit's also its known as once-through boiler

Is a flare groove weld considered a partial penetration weld?

Without knowing exactly which Code or industry this applies to, I'll give it a shot using AWS D1.1 standards. The standard flare-groove detail is P10 indicating that it is a PJP (partial joint penetration) weld. If a weld size is not indicated, it is assumed it is a full thickness weld and I believe this is where the confusion comes in. It's a partial penetration with full thickness and that's where the argument starts. This weld could be used as a full penetration weld (and held to that testing criteria) but the detailer must be specific about the intentions, particularly if it is used in a critical joint.

How do you re-rope a pulley?

Clothes Airer Installation guideCAUTION: Your ceiling must be capable of supporting the weight of the unit when full of damp laundry. If in doubt contact a qualified person to assist you with installation.Measure the space where you are going to install your Laundry Maid and ensure the centres of the two ceiling pulleys are less than the overall length of the wooden rails and there is clearance space at either end.The double pulley should be approximately two feet away from the wall you will be fixing the cleat that is used for tying off the pulley ropes.Mark the two centre points on the ceiling.Drill two pilot holes large enough to enable the pulleys to be screwed by hand into the ceiling joist and then screw the pulleys into position.Fix the cleat to the wall, in line with the two pulleys.Slide the wooden rails into the rack ends on the floor and position the rack directly under the two pulleys.Pass one end of the rope over the back wheel of the double pulley, then over the single pulley wheel. Pull the rope down and tie it to the top of the rack end under the single pulley.Does the same thing with the other end of the rope, but this time only pass the rope over the front wheel off the double pulley and down to the other rack end, tie as before. Now start to pull the clothes airer up into position using both ropes to get it level. When you are happy with the height of the airier, tie a knot in the rope just under the wall cleat. When you pull the clothes airer up, hook the knot under the wall cleat. When the airer is in the loading position adjust the rope to suit the desired height and tie-off on the cleat.

How do you calculate grp pipe thickness?

Its very easy please follow the steps below, 1. Calculate the DN Required by using Hydrauic calculation 2. Calculate the PN required 3. Calculate the SN required 4. Use the mixuture formula to decide the composition 5. Convert this into Kg/m 6. Use the classical laminate theory to calculate the thicness by forming a nine by nine matrix

How can you measure bearing?

It depends on the type of bearing, and which measurement. A double race roller bearing is measured on the inside (shaft diameter) with an internal vernier caliper or similar device. On the outside (casing or pillow block diameter) with an external vernier. And the width (or length) of each race can be measured with and external vernier. A babbitt bearing can be measured by measuring the journal on which it is to be mounted, then taking "leads" (or using plastigages), by placing lead fuse wire or a plastigage on the journal, placing the bearing top half over the leads, and bolting down the bearing housing over that. Then unbolt the bearing housing remove the top half the bearing and with a micrometer measure the crushed thickness of the fuse wire. Add this to the journal diameter to get the internal diameter of the bearing. The main reason for taking leads is to determine the oil wedge gap in the bearing to see if it is the right thickness. If it is too thin the bearing needs to be scraped if it is too thick the bearing needs to be replaced or the journal built back up to the correct diameter.

How are a fixed pulley and a movablepulleydiffrent?

Using a movable pulley is known as using it to 'advantage'. The line going to the movable pulley contributes towards the force acting on the load. A line going to a fixed pulley, only serves to change the direction of the force.
