Bacteria are of the kingdom Prokaryotes

Blue-green Algae have now been discovered to actually be prokaryotes, so they have been renamed as Cyanobacteria, of the Prokayote kingdom.

Actually they are in the Monera kingdom but nowadays it is in the Blue green algae is in the Archaebacteria Kingdom and bacteria is in the kingdom Eubacteria.
