Bail in prison is nonexistent. Once a person is convicted and goes to Prison they cannot be "bailed" out. They must serve their time. Only inmates in a County Jail Facility can possibly be "bailed" out before conviction and sentencing takes place.
Jail bail.
Bail just keeps the defendent out of prison until it is the day of their court trial.
The prison demanded a USD$300 bail for the release of the prisoner.
Monster kody Scott is still in prison to bail him is 50,000
The defendant is temporarily released from prison/jail.

I doubt you will get bail at 2 strikes. I would worry more about how much jail/prison time. Three stikes and you are OUT.
Bail is determined by the court, not the law... it depends on the criminal as seen by the court
I think that it all depends on the state, and what the statutes are. In the state of Minnesota, if you have had prior felony convictions, you can have bail set at the arraingment hearing. If you mean, convicted of a felony and then asking for bail or bond to be set, I also belive that it depends on the crime, flee possibilities before actual sentencing and what you are actually looking at as far as time to be served in either Jail or Prison.
This depends on how the bail was handled. If a Bondsperson decided to revoke (surrender) your bail, you can bail out via another Bondsperson. If a Judge denied bail only he or another Judge can reinstate it. You need to file a motion for change of bond conditions or motion for bond reduction.
Yes, jumping bail can result in serving more time in prison. Most states consider that flight from prosecution to be a separate and distinct crime to the underlying charge, resulting in a new criminal case being filed.
As many times as it takes before they send you to prison. LOTS. I bailed people out with 10 Drinking and driving charges before. They still get bail.
