Assuming it's a manual - There are two plugs on the transaxle (transmission). One's a drain plug at the bottom and on the side there is a filler hole. It takes a 17mm Allen wrench - open the fill plug hole on the side of the transaxle and if some oil drips out - you're good. If not, you can drain whatever's left in there then fill it up to where some drips out.

If you do drain it out - it comes out faster if the car was driven around a bit. The drain plug is magnetic so that it catches little bits of metal that get shaved off each time you shift. You should clean that off. Auto sticks have a drain pan that needs a gasket. Fills the same.

You need hypoid oil - 2.5 liters in a manual; 3.0 in a auto stick. Good luck
