No. There is no prophecy that says God's return awaits man's faith in Him. The first time He came, most men and women did not believe in Him. It was not a requirement for His coming then, and it will not be required for His second coming
God acts as He wishes, apart from what we do. God will force no one to believe in Him. It's never been a requirement, except if one wishes to have a relationship with Him and have eternal life.
I believe it means Before
Anno Domini or A.D. means "in the year of our Lord". I believe it starts when Christ was born. Nowadays it is more politically correct to say C.E. or Christian/Common Era as not everyone accepts Christ as their Lord.
From their perspective it will be instantaneous.
I believe it was. It is located in the Old Testament which is before the birth of Christ.
The Millennium is when Christ returns and rules the Earth for 1000 years. Pre-millennialists believe Christ will return before the 1000 years.Post-millennialists believe Christ will return after the 1000 years.Amillennialists don't believe in it at all.and Pan-millennialists believe that no one can know the future, but that everything will all pan out in the long run according to God's will and God's own time table.

The majority of the population was Jewish.
500 years Before Common Era. If you are religious and believe in Christ Jesus, it is referred to as 500BC, which stands for Before Christ. This is believed to be 500 years before Jesus was on earth.
Yes Christ did exist, he lived about two thousand years ago. But not everyone believes that he did. If you believe in your heart that he existed and that he died for you, you will go to heaven. :)
-----------------------If Christ returns and you never heard the story of Christ, you would want to know who this man was and where he came from. If Christ never returns and you never heard the story of Christ, you would continue to be unaware of that story. In the most likely case, if Christ never returns and you have heard the story of Christ, you might have followed Pascal's wager - believing that Christ will return, just in case it does happen.Answer:There are so many conflicting stories and beliefs and confusion about Christ in the world, that those who haven't heard them won't have anything to "unlearn" when they see Him... and may well be some of the first to accept Him.
The Bible does not explicitly state that everyone will hear the gospel before Jesus returns. However, it does emphasize the importance of spreading the gospel to all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). Ultimately, the timing and extent of the gospel message reaching everyone is known only to God.
The faith of Jesus Christ was Jewish. Everyone in Israel back then were all Jewish.
