well the flipout is very good for fast messaging but the flipside has PC like web browseing and a slide out keyboard so if i were to say a phone i would say the flipout because i love to text but if you don't believe me go to www.youtube.com and type in phonearena Motorola flipout and watch the phone review and then do the same for the Motorola flipside and watch that phone review and make your choice about which one is better
