Just go anywhere that wild Pokemon can appear. You've got a 1/8192 chance of finding a shiny, though.

∙ 12y agoWell there is no definite answer because you can find a shiny anywhere, but when I went to the safari i caught a shiny starly which evolves eventually into shiny staraptor so yeah. it was pretty sweet :)
There isn't a way to find a shiny Pokemon unless you have an action replay but, i found a shiny bronzor traveling in a cave and it appeared to turn out green and evolved it making it a bronzong, its ok

But for the sake of time, You can consider it random.
shiny Pokemon are randomly everywhere, you just have to look, but there's really bad odds at finding them, but they're out there.

∙ 14y agounfortunatel there is no "best place". u have a 1 in just over 8000 chance of encountering a shiny pokemon. there are ways of bettering those odds on other games (d/p) but im not sure about emerald.

∙ 14y agoyou can get a shiny stone by competeing in the pokethlon. it cost 3000P, and the only day you cannot get it is on tuesday, i have no clue why that is the only day but it is.
