The ant tunnel in the far right of sleepywood. there are horned and zombie mushrooms there which give you about 35-40 exp per kill. you will be able to 1 hit the horned mushrooms and 2 hit the zombie mushrooms at lvl 22 for fast kills if you have magic claw maxed. train there until level 25 or 30 for the official knight medal.
