That's such a subjective question, it can be difficult to answer. What's best for one person may be complete awful for another. Do you want to live in an urban or rural environment? What's more important to you low cost of living or an abundance of entertainment and arts and culture options? Do you like warm weather or cold?

Ultimately the best places to live are the places that improve your quality of life in the areas that are most important to you.

well it depends how old you are and who you have with you. if you are an elderly person you wont want to live in those big fashion states will you. London in England is a very good place to live in but as we all no it is not exactly the best place if you want hot weather. Turkey is a good place and so is Albania witch is actually a small country with a lot to offer and a lot of brilliant beaches!
