Well a blackberry is better for organizing data, reading emails, logistics and daily scheduling etc.... Smart phones are more into providing apps where you can play games, listen to music, camera, etc...... So to me a smart phone is not as good as a business phone.
I had a 5530 and it was good while it was in warranty. Paid £60 to repair a blank screen after 12 months, and it lasted about 2 months and same thing happened again. Have a blackberry now..best phone I have owned.
It is a thing of opinion as is the whole Blackberry vs iPhone debate. I would recommend iPhone: easier to use, enormous app store with many free apps, big screen and it is supposed to be very durable (it is hard to find out yourself). Unless she sends lots of texts and emails when the Blackberry comes in handy.
Both iPhone and Blackberry are great phones and for many it just comes to personal preference. iPhone is a great user friendly device with a lot of great apps. While Blackberry is great utility for e-mail, docs and web related items.

It is possible that the date and time settings on your device are not set correctly or that the automatic time zone setting is turned on. Check your settings to ensure the correct time zone is selected and that the date and time are accurate. If the issue persists, there may be a software glitch that requires troubleshooting or a software update.
