Pretty common problem for that car. It's a relatively easy head gaskett to change... Still quite a bit of work to do though.

Sure it will start with a blown head gasket. But, if you continue to run this engine with a blown head gasket you will destroy the engine.
No it will not. The only thing that will fix a blown head gasket is to replace the gasket.
Besides water in the oil, you will have little to no compression on the cylinder(s) in the area where the gasket is blown.
