First off, go to the Yellow Dragon. Yes, you have to get through the fire flower maze! Look at the related links for a guide on how to get through the maze.
Yellow Dragon's ferns (the ones you gave her from her first quest) are all dying, or dead. So offer to help her get some new ferns.
Go to Dr. Fernlove, in Molten Meadows. Molten Meadows is on the northernmost isle that is "lumped" onto Lava. Then head back to the Lava Dragon.
Then you're done!
NOTE: you MUST have done Yellow Dragon's first quest before you can start this one.

∙ 14y agofirst you need 25% award to GET to Lava Isle! then you need a ton of patients! ok well first just go into the Maze(I know we all hate that) go to every volcano in the maze(yes including the small ones) and DIG all around it until you find a dragon tooth!
go back to Xiang and give her the teeth and your done!
