Hi I have never heard of such a thing before but, it sounds a lot like TMAU Trimethylaminuria (TMAU), also known as fish odor syndrome or fish malodor syndrome [1], is a rare metabolic disorder. You can try to research it some more maybe its a diffrent form of it, If this is concerning you i would recommend some kind of body cleanser or detoxifying agent after consult a doctor to find out what is going on. Also try to limit the amount of meat you eat during any type of detox really hope i was of some help.
Also there is a Msn support group for Body Odor and issues if you feel depressed you may go there for some support.
