In Season 4, The Governor will be trying to find out what the switch is and seeing what makes it go off. But the question EVERYONE is wondering is whether or not he will return to the prison for his revenge on Rick and the group. He probably will, because it was confirmed that the war between Rick and The Governor would carry on into the next season and will probably end with The Governor being killed off along with Martinez and Shumpert.
