take screws out of lense and pull bulb out.
Check the sensor on the brake pedal arm. Brake lights and tail lights use different elements in the bulb also some cars have separate bulb for each. Check the bulbs.

Have you checked your bulbs ? The tail light / brake light bulb has 2 wires inside it In my case I have had to change each bulb because the brake light portion did not work but the tail light portion of the bulb did ( I'm assuming that your front park lights are working )
the fuse should be for all brake lights and tail lights if only one is out its a bulb
Check and make sure you have the correct bulb. The turn signal/brake light is a dual element bulb and if you have a single element it does not work properly.
