I am having the same problem and i was told it is the turn signal switch that is bad
Check the fuses and the bulbs.
Check the bulbs - they are doubloe filamented with the smaller being for brake/turn signals Check the fuses
The brake light switch, or turn signal assembly (dependent on how your system is wired, IE: that year of car).
AnswerThe bulbs for the brake lights are usually separate from the normal tail light bulbs. Check and replace the brake bulbs first, and if they are still not working examine the fuses, switch and wiring.
It needs checked out but both the hazard and brake lights go through the turn signal switch.
Check the bulbs they are double filamented with the smaller for stop and turn signals
replace turn signal flasher
Check the fuses for your brakes.
Blade Type ATO/ATC Automotive Fuses: 10A for the turn signal lamps & 15A for the Brake/Hazard Lamps. Hope that helps.
You probably have a faulty brake light switch
short circuits in the turn signal and brake light circuits
not fuses or relay?
