Broken nose 10 years ago now nose constantly blocked or bleeding can hardly breathe out of one nostril?

I had a similar situation happen to me, and my nose didnt grow right through development. The septum (the middle wall in your nose) grew to the right side, so one nostril's passage is blocked. Your going to have to get reconstructive surgery to straighten the septum, and possibly remove some flesh material from within the nasal cavity in order to open your nasal passages.
