Where my fuel pump located on my 1992 Buick riviera
The starter on a 1992 Buick Riviera is located in the undercarriage on the driver's side of the motor. It cannot be accessed from the top because there is no room for a wrench to turn the bolts.

Driver side under the dash.
Possible vacuum leak.
You need a harmonic balancer puller, and a 1/2 in drive inpact wrench.
Buick didn't see this one coming but they don't have a long burn life. I had to replace both on my 1992. For some unknown reason, they burn after a period of time and need to be replaced.

One by one. Lay all new wires on a table and take off 1 at a time matching it to a new wire closest in length to the old one. So on and so forth. Impossible to get mixed up doing it this way. Shaune 1992 Buick Riviera w/ E&G Designer Series Landau roof
