There is no direct route. You can take the S62 or S92 bus to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, take the ferry across, Take the Number 4 train at Bowling Green to Utica Avenue for the B46 bus (The Limited B46 bus is faster when it runs than the local B46) to Kings Plaza. You can also take the Number 5 train during rush hours to Flatbush Avenue for the B41 (Local or Limited) or B35 bus to Kings Plaza. The total cost is $4. You can also take the S93 bus to the 86th Street subway station, take the B64 bus to 25th Avenue, and take the B3 bus. This option works only during rush hours and costs $4 total unless you ask one of the drivers for an extra transfer, in which case it will cost $2 total if he gives it to you. Finally, you can take the X10 or X11 (premium fare $5 express bus) to Chambers Street for the A train to Utica Avenue for the B46 bus (local or limited) to Kings Plaza, or take the bus to Bowling Green for the 4 or 5 trains and continue as in the 1st recommendation, or take the bus to Rector Street for the R train to DeKalb Avenue for the B express train or Q local train to Kings Highway for the B2 bus. This will cost $7 total.

As of my last update, there are no direct Atlantic express buses from Staten Island to Atlantic City. However, travelers can take public transportation options, such as a combination of buses and trains to reach Atlantic City. It's advisable to check local transit websites or schedules for the most current information and possible routes.

Yes, you can reach Staten Island via the Staten Island Ferry, which provides a free boat service from Manhattan. Additionally, there are connections through public transportation, such as buses and trains that link to the ferry terminal. While the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge is one of the main roadways, these alternatives offer convenient access to the island.
