Partnership business is expanding more and more in now days because of many clauses of the other type of businesses. There are many reasons for the expansion of the partnership business. Few of them are discussed follows. Because in other type of businesses, there are no such type of characteristics which are in the partnership. For example, in sole proprietorship business the owner of the business feels more stress on him and due to which he cannot work properly and for some instance he work properly, then he could not continue to work in the same rhythm. And in partnership business all the burden divided equally by the members or according to the agreement deed which they signed. The attitude of the people is devolving more towards the partnership because they feel much more relaxation as compare to sole proprietor.
