drinking lots of water can take days and weeks to get it out of your system but there are special drinks that will do it in a few hours that you may be able to get from your local pharmicist

Is vitamin water bad if you have gerd?
I have GERD and started drinking Vitamin water, which makes it worse. I'm gonna stop for two weeks and see if it gets better. I have an appointment with my GI doctor in 2 weeks so we'll see if it gets better. I hope it's not the case, as I love Vitamin water. I also have GERD and have noticed that Vitamin Water has Citric Acid as a primary ingrident. It make conditions worse. I just got GERD and it happened after starting to drink Vitamin Water on a daily basis. Not saying Vitamin Water was the cause there could be other factors as well. But I have stopped drinking Vitamin Water as precaution.
