Pinkeye
Pinkeye (also called conjunctivitis) is redness and swelling of the conjunctiva, the mucous membrane that lines the eyelid and eye surface.
It's just tears mixed with dust. Also, an infection called conjunctivitis can cause it.
You may have a mild infection in your right eye. Pimples are caused by a staph bacteria and when you popped it, that released the bacteria and if you rubbed the area near your eye, you could have transferred some staph into your eye. It is not actually in your eye so much as on the outer membrane called the conjunctiva. So what you may have is something called conjunctivitis, or pink eye. If it doesn't go away or get better after a day or two, you probably should see a doctor
Conjunctivitis
Mucus develops in the eye, of a dog or a person, because there is an eye infection of some sort which the body is trying to fight. The more serious form of this is called conjunctivitis.
This condition is officially known as haemolacria. It is most often the result of severe conjunctivitis, an infection of the eye membranes, but it can be caused by other things such as a tumor in the tear glands.
The membrane is inside the cell wall, and its just called the cell membrane.
The large membrane related to abdomen is peritoneum. It is called as peritonitis. It is a serious condition with about 80 percent mortality. That means 80 percent patient die with modern treatment also. Burst appendix or the perforated stomach are common causes for the same. Abdomen is closed and big cavity. Infection has no natural drainage. So it is very serious type of infection.
It is called the vacuolar membrane.Sometimes it is referred to as the vacuole membrane. The membrane round the large central vacuole in plants it is also called the tonoplast.
