Zombie mode is only in the Treyarch developed Call of Duty Black Ops and Call of Duty World at War (WAW). Zombie Mode is Exclusive to Treyarch developed games and is not part of any Infinity Ward Call of Duty series games like the Modern Warfare series of 3 Games. The Zombie mode was also not part of the Treyarch developed Call of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex Edition for the Nintendo Wii.

There were 4 zombie maps in the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 editions of the Call of Duty World at War if you include the 3 Map packs. The 4 WAW maps were redesigned and modified so they could be included in the Call of Duty Black Ops Hardened and Prestige Editions for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and are only available to those editions. There are 3 new Zombie maps included in Call of Duty Black Ops and the PS3 PC and Xbox 360 can purchase 3 additional Map Packs that each include a single Zombie map.

Additionally there are zombies in the Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii versions of Call of Duty Black Ops but the additional Map Packs are not available. Some iPhones and other devices also have there forms of zombie modes

World at War has a zombie mode which you can unlock if you beat the game. One of the maps comes with the game but others are available for download.
