No need for instructions. I have a 44 year old Caloric oven and they were once built to last. You can use easy off or turn the oven to about 300 degrees for three to four hours,then open it and let it cool for 15-20 minutes and proceed to clean with a high quality degreaser. I say buy a Zep brand from Home Depot.
