I noticed that once you open a program, it's sometimes uninstallable so you have to restart the computer and try not to start that program.
Since MSN starts everytime you turn on your computer, so does the Kiwee tools.
To uninstall: Press ctrl, alt, and delete at the same time. Click processes. Now find something called kwtbaim. Highlight it and press End Process. Now go try to unsinstall it from Add/remove programs. Should work now!
Another way to remove it is do the same step with Ending the Process, then go to Start, My Computer go to your hardrive. (Name of Hard Drive) C. Double click it and then click the thing that says you will continue. (Don't worry, you're only messing something up if you delete something important but in this case, you are deleting the Kiwee bar). Ok Now press Program Files and find Kiwee toolbar folder and right click and press delete and dump that thing from the recycling bin and now your annoying program that won't delete is DELETED!
