yes they can hope that helps
no ransom e olds dropped out of high school but did get several deggres in a community college
19 year olds shouldn't even be in high school.
In Great Britain children must attend school from the age of 5 until they are 16. The British education system is as follows: Nursery school for under 5 years old (optional) Primary school for 5 to 11 year olds (compulsory) Secondary school for 11 to 18 year olds (compulsory until age 16) Sixth form college for 16 to 18 year olds (optional - an alternative to remaining at school) Higher education in universities (optional) Further education(in colleges (generally for practical or non-academic subjects - optional)

high school, 9th grade. perfect job.
I am ten, turning eleven on October the 17th, and these are a few hairstyles I wear; - Pigtails - High pigtails - single high ponytail - hair down, with a cute headband These are usually used for school, but are great when out and about.
No, I'm sorry in my opinion it isn't appropriate. 15 year olds are in high school usually freshman or sophomore year. 11 year olds are in 6th grade! So much difference between elementary/middle school kids to high school teenagers.
15-18 year olds go to the Lycée (masc.) which is the equivalent of senior high schools.
a senior class is the final class in high school and also the class for 17 year olds and older
High pony tails are always good and a messy bun is cool!
I don't find it to be appropriate 15 year olds are in high-school while 11 year olds are in middle school, maybe even in elementary. There is a huge difference between the two experiences of school time.
