Henry wanted an annulment granted, as when he realised Catherine of Aragon could not provide him with a son (he wanted a male heir to the throne), he wanted rid! The reason he came up with was that their marriage was not legal in the first place, as in the bible it says something like THOU SHALT NOT TAKE YOUR BROTHERS WIFE..... well, this is the reasoning Henry used.
The answer depends on where you are when you want to get married. In the US, you can't get married if you have a current legal marriage (not divorced or annulled). In other places, this is not necessarily true.
Your question needs to be in a complete sentence, so that people can understand what you want to know about children and no marriage, and so they can answer your question.
You can will anything you want to anyone you want.
Before consummating marriage if their partner is an abuser or if they the don't want to have any more children.
In most cases a couple plans when to have their children. Some may want to build up their careers before having children; others want to wait a couple of years; previously married people with children may not want to start another family in their second marriage or, some couples just decide not to have children for various reasons. When one of the couples does not want children they should discuss this with the person they intend on getting engaged too in case that person does want children.
She and her husband decided long ago that they did not want children. Having children is NOT a requirement of marriage or long term relationships.
Some guys want to get married quickly because they want children and to have a close sexual relationship.
It depends on when the couple would like to have children and how many they would want
As you know there is a span of time where a newly married couple can get an annulment. This means you are no longer married. If you choose to get married again then you would get married either by The Justice of the Peace or a Minister/Priest, etc.
Yes, because who's gonna know? I'm sure that God really doesn't mind, despite what a lot of Catholics might want you to believe. You got to remember that Catholicism is a religion. Men with ulterior motives often make the rules which we are supposed to obediently follow. If God is how he is said to be, I bet he doesn't care if your marriage is annulled! The annulled marriage is fine and doesn't affect your current state, so we will put that aside. This second marriage, however, is more complicated. If you are a Catholic and have married outside of the Church then you have implicitly denied the Faith which dictates that a Catholic must have a sacramental marriage witnessed by the Church. Unless this current marriage is rectified in the eyes of the Church you are considered to be living in sin and giving public scandal and no priest is permitted to give Communion to you nor are you permitted to receive it even if it was offered. As stated above, you could always just go to a parish where nobody knows you, however, you would only be compounding the situation and adding sins of sacrilege to your already irregular situation.
The controversy after the Indira and Feroze Gandhi marriage was that her parents did not want them to be married. They had a very domestic violent relationship but did have two children together.
