120v, 240v and 347v for lighting
Answer for USA, Canada and countries running a 60 Hertz supply service.Line voltage is a term that is used to describe the voltage that is used to operate a specific device. A service that comes into a building would be considered line voltage. For a Class 1 circuit the top voltage for low voltage installations is 30 volts at 1000 vA. For a Class 2 circuit the top voltage for low voltage installations is not under 30 volts and not over 60 volts at 100 vA. Voltages used above 750 volts are considered high voltage installations.

Electromagnets are never used to increase or decrease the voltage in a circuit. These magnets in conjunction with a rotating device (an armature) can create a voltage but the do not have any effect on a voltage.
the difference between a voltage converter to a voltage regulator,is that a voltage converter, converts or changing the desired voltage to be used while the voltage regulator, regulates the input of the voltage amount not to excess to its inputs.
There are no A 380 being used in Canada. Air Canada has 10 A 340's.
No, 380 volts is not a domestic voltage used in Canada, in fact it is not a voltage used in Canada at all. The voltage is an European voltage. Your kiln is a resistive load so it will work on 240 volts but the rated heating load will be reduced. For a kiln application this would not be good as you need a specific heat to fire objects. The lower wattage might not get the kiln up to the higher temperatures that you need. You could use an auto transformer to bring the 240 volts up to 380 but the expense would be higher that trying to find a kiln that operates on the 240 volts that comes into your home.
The three phase voltage is 380 the hertz is 50
The most typical three-phase voltage used in China is 380 V.
Voltage used in the Dominican Republic is 110 V @ 60 Hz (compatible with the US and Canada). Source: voltageplugregion.com

Voltage has nothing to with frequency
Answer for UK and countries running a 50 Hz supply service.The voltage potential of 380 volts is not common to North America.It will probably be difficult to tap into the plug to get the voltage.If you have a three phase 380 volt supply from a source then you can obtain a single phase voltage of 220 volts from it. 220/380 is a wye voltage connection. 380 divided by 1.73 will give you 220 volts. L1 - N = 220V, L2 - N =220V, L3 - N = 220V. L1 - L2 = 380, L2 - L3=380, L3 - L1 = 380.
The population of Citizens Bank of Canada is 380.
Saudi Arabia uses both 127 V and 220 V, although the 220 V is more commonly used.
let me clear difference between phase voltage and line voltage. phase voltage is measure line to neutral and line voltage is measure line to line.there is correct answer that 380 volt is sum of multiply of square root 3 to phase voltage 220 volt.phase volt line volt220 volt x 1.732 = 381 volt230 volt x 1.732 = 400 volt240 volt x 1.732 = 415 voltM. A voltage of 380 volts is a three phase voltage. On a three phase four wire system, each phase leg to neutral (grounded) will give you 220 volts. This voltage is obtained by dividing the phase voltage by 1.73, as the phase legs are generated 120 degrees from each other. Square root of three is 1.73 divided into 380 equals 220 volts.
