No. The 3DS games are not currently set for release on the DS as well. One of the reasons may be that the 3DS has greatly enhanced online capabilities, and the 3D screen. It would be much more difficult from a coding standpoint to port these games between the 2 systems.
I'm afraid not. Idiots have said that you can't play 3DS games on any DS system behind the 3DS itself. This makes me worry that a certain game that I want to be on the DS is now going to be on the Nintendo Shit3DS which I can't play on my DS lite.
