Yea they fit. But modifications need to be done. The back seat back rest is one piece in a 2nd gen and two pieces in a 1st gen. So you have to make your own bolt holes. And the latch for the front of the but rests in the back seats need to be modified a bit. As for the front seats the brakets are to wide in a 2nd gen compared to the 1st gen so you have to also with make a new braket or move the braket which would require bolting it in yourself. But I did it so it's doable it took me a day.
