∙ 13y agoAll I can say is that when I was on Adderall I felt a huge amount of uncentered rage. I wanted to fight the world for no reason. This may be a result of the medication hyper stimulating a "fight or flight" response. Strange things can happen on stimulants. I switched to concerta and then to Dexadrine. When I run out of Dexadrine I'll take my friends Adderall and I still feel "the rage". I can identify that it is not a personality thing, but a result of the medicine. Hope this helps.
