No, J.K. Rowling requested that there be only British actors in the Harry Potter series
Speaking on the red carpert (to Edith Bowman) for the 7th installment of Harry Potter, Paije Richardson confirmed that he was indeed in Harry Potter (from the fifth film onwards). He is one of the extras in the background. You can see him in Dumbledore's Army when Hermione casts a spell on Ron.

Yes. There is a list of featured extras on both Mugglenet and The Leaky Cauldron.
Extras.
There is only one Harry Potter film which has yet to be casted and filmed. This is, of course, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. If you are 11 years old there will be bit parts and extras for the last scenes at Hogwarts. In the last book, there are no principal roles for anyone who would be a first or second year- the year range if you are 11. However, as people who have read the book know, Dumbledore won't allow the younger years to duel the death eaters, so they will probably be filmed being safely escorted from Hogwarts. Hope I could be of some help, Stef x
No. The were asked to audition for it but there was no place for them in the film, unless they were extras.
I know that Ben Shepard is a Extra on it and so is a girl called Olivia. They are extras in the beginning of the Twins Joke Shop.
No, the extras would have changed. After all the extras they used as first years in the first film would be 8 years older in the sixth film.
Extras are all the nameless kids you see in the crowds, sitting in the seats during quidditch matches, pushing down the hallways, or filling the Great Hall.

The extras come from many schools.
It is past time to audition as an extra for Harry Potter 6. The final installments of Harry Potter 7 were released years ago, and the series is done.
