Maybe. The ABSOLUTE minimum video card ram required is 128mb. So this means you will ONLY be able to play on the lowest settings, and you will probably still get a lot of lag.

You didn't list your video card: Warcraft requires at least 64 meg video card to run at 1024 x 800 with 20 fps at most, upgrading to 128 will get you about 30 fps and 256 will allow you to push 1440 x 30fps. Also make sure your card is supported.
