No. Not even in an alternate universe where citalopram IS cocaine. It just won't happen. People who take (or "used to" take) drugs and are faced with a drug test that shows positive results are almost certainly lying if they say "No, I did not take X drug" when X drug shows positive on the test. False positives on urine tests RARELY happen. We're talking about science here, people.

Coming from an employee of a medical review office for drug screening.....NOTHING. When it goes through GC/MS confirmation testing it rules out false positives. False positive are a thing of the past (for lab based tests)
