To transfer DSiWare from a DSi to a 3DS, you first must download the Nintendo 3DS Transfer Tool from the Nintendo DSi shop onto the DSi. Once this is downloaded, launch it from the DSi Menu. Flipnote Studio is one if the 19 DSiWare games/apps that cannot be transferred from DSi to 3DS. DSi Browser is also another.
