The Dell DX1000 has its sound card soldered to the motherboard, and sadly can not be replaced. You can always get an external USB sound card, however.
It depends on the computer model, it would require you to disassemble the laptop swap video cards then reassemble the laptop and this would be likely damage the computer. I too have looked into this.
Technically speaking yes, You can upgrade RAM, CPU and Hard drive and video cards on some. But unless you know how to work on laptops and comfortable working on then, by the time you buy the hardware and take it someone to get it upgraded, you probably could just have bought a new one :-)
Laptop graphics cards, are incorporated onto the system board (motherboard) therefore you cannot upgrade the individual card. They are not like desktop pc's which allow you to swap cards, add internal drives etc, as and when its needed. Hope this helps be safe nige cadishead computers
Yes, you can add two higher-size RAM cards to the laptop.
Laptop graphics cards are generally considered to be impossible to upgrade.
Everywhere. Ebay, Alibaba.com, notebookreview.com forums. You can also order direct from Dell/alienware. Graphics cards for laptops are not standardized, most laptops cannot be upgraded or even have graphics cards or a slot to install one. If they do you still have to make sure it will work depending on a ton of factors, best to check if its been done before with a similar card or laptop.
Most newer laptops don't support expansion cards without an external device. They do this to make the laptop lighter and thinner. Laptop expantion cards are dated and no longer used as much.
Yes you can purchase a memory card for your laptop, thiers a variety of memory cards on the market so check your owners manual.usual they accept a few different kind of cards
You're face.

At the time of this posting, a Nvidia Geforce 780M is the fastest GPU for a laptop, with many faster coming in the future.
No, this will not work. Laptop video cards are designed for the laptop they are installed in. They are not removable from the laptop and do not have the same connections that a desktop has anyway.
