Yes. Harvest the grape canes in winter when they have gone dormant and lost all their leaves. When you cut them cut the top end at an angle as it can be hard to tell top from bottom. Cut the canes into 3 node legnths. Store the canes in the cold (4 degree C is best) wrapped in damp cloth in a paper bag. In spring cut the top just above the node as anything above this will die off. Cut the bottom under water just below the node. You should now have a cane with 3 nodes trimmed at the top and bottom and one in the middle. Dip the bottom of the cane into rooting hormone if you have any (this is not totally needed but it increases the strike rate). Push the cane halfway to the second node in ground pumice or perlite in bucket with holes in the bottom you cane. Put about 10-20 canes in one bucket. Cover with a clear plastic bag and cut a few holes in the top of the bags. Over the next month enlarge the size of the holes and carefully check for rooting. When the roots are about 15cm long (this takes about 4-6 weeks) plant out in potting mix in 2 liter containers be careful not to over water as the roots are delicate and prone to rotting. When they are well established increase the size of the pot to 5 liters. The grapevines are ready to plant out next autumn. Water well until they establish themselves in the ground. It will take about 3 more years before you have grapes on the vines. Grapevines grow very quickly, you may have to cut them back.

Should you cut up grapes in a fruit salad?

Normally small seedless grapes are used whole however it is up to individual choice if you want to cut grapes in half. By cutting them in half it will allow the flavour of the grapes to mingle with the other flavours of the fruit salad.
