The reason is Hershey freeze dries them with liquid Nitrogen, which leaves it a harden shell like chocolate. But it is different with Reeses which only cools it in a freezer which is a cheap way. When you go to store and buy Reeses and bring them home, they become softer because it still has very slim percentage of water.

∙ 12y agoYes, it will .. as the 'mass' of the hershey bar is much less than the snickers bar. The nuts, however, will not melt.
