I would be hard pressed to say there were no fleas in Las Vegas. After all, there is quite a sizable tourist population at any given time, and anyone that has come in contact with the little critters knows how tough and resilient they are.But, the desert area in and around Las Vegas is too hot and dry for fleas to survive through the summer. At least the ones that bother pets and people (there are some 2,000[!] varieties of fleas).
