This is dependent upon the type of POS system your being rung out with, but most modern major corporations have no issue accepting multiple tender types, meaning you could pay w/ 4 credit cards, a check, and cash all on the same transaction.

Do you have to pay extra fees when you win a bid on eBay using PayPal?

No. Some sellers tell you that you have to pay them extra if you want to pay for your item with PayPal, but they cannot add a "surcharge" in that way. It's not allowed by the PayPal User Agreement.

Can PayPal accept ideal payments?

PayPal accepts payments from many businesses and personal. For instance if you purchase an item from an online business and they don't accept paypal then you can't use your paypal account. People who want to use paypal to either purchase or send money to someone else have to open an account. You can use; visa, discovery, and other credit cards. Many businesses still don't trust paypal but I have used them for nine years with no problems at all.

Where do you send packages when someone buys something on eBay?

If the buyer pays with PayPal the seller should always send the item to the address that PayPal supply. If the buyer wants their purchase sent to an address other than the one that they have registered with PayPal they should add that alternative address in their PayPal account as a "guest" address. If the buyer is paying by means other than PayPal the seller should send to the address supplied by eBay. Whichever address the seller ships to, they should always strongly consider using an online trackable service to best protect themself against an "item not received" claim.

How do you get your money when you sell your item on eBay?

Most buyers will want to pay for their items using PayPal so you need to have a PayPal account. Once the money is in your PayPal account, you can either spend it directly from there, or you can draw it down to your own bank account. (Sellers can offer other payment methods on their listings, such as checks/cheques, but if the buyer choses to use PayPal, the seller cannot refuse to accept that method of payment.)

What can you use to pay sellers on eBay?

Most buyers pay for their items using PayPal but it is up to each individual seller to decide what additional payment methods they are willing to accept. If you want to pay using a method other than PayPal you will need to look carefully at the listing page for the item you want to buy and see which options the seller offers.

How do you return something that you bought from eBay?

It depends. Firstly, you need to look at the listing from which you bought the item. Some sellers will not accept returns so if the listing says that, you are normally unable to return the item to the seller. If the listing says that the seller does accept returns, contact the seller for instructions. Should there be a problem with the item when it arrives in that it is "significantly not as described" and you paid for it using PayPal, you can log into your PayPal account and start a dispute. The steps are fully explained after you log into your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Centre, but in essence, you start the dispute and then the seller has the opportunity to correct the situation. If you can't come to an agreement with the seller, escalate the dispute to a claim and at this point, PayPal will step in and decide the outcome.
