If you mean an onscreen keyboard you already have one. In Windows simply bring up the Run dialog box and type osk.exe and hit enter. You can also turn it on by clicking Start then All Programs then Accessories then Ease of Access then On-Screen Keyboard. On a Mac simply open System Preferences and click Keyboard then the Keyboard Tab. Check the box next to "Show Keyboard & Character Viewer in menu bar. Now click the keyboard in the menu top right of desktop screen. Now click Show Keyboard and it will appear on your desktop.
The best keyboard to use with a laptop is the one that comes with your laptop, baring that there are a wide array of fold up or wireless keyboard.
